MeadowView Terrace is located in Clarksville, Virginia, in a quiet setting with views of ponds, rolling hills and woodlands. Its 120 residents enjoy all the amenities of rural living as well as the benefits of a state-of-the-art community specially designed with their comfort, safety and personal needs in mind.

Private and semi-private rooms are furnished
appropriately, wired for cable TV and telephone and equipped with individual heating and air conditioning units for year-round comfort.

Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms with personal items such as a favorite chair, throw pillows and family photographs.

Our staff believes that residents of MeadowView Terrace and their families deserve to be treated with respect, dignity and compassion. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible and believe that each resident is an individual with his or her own life story, beliefs and needs and that he or she is entitled to live a safe and comfortable life as independently as possible.

At MeadowView Terrace, we believe that working as a team is essential. Our Medical Director is actively involved in decision making regarding quality care. Our Resident Council meets monthly with all Department Managers and Family Nights are scheduled regularly.

Residents and their families are included in all individual care plan meetings and we encourage families to participate in all aspects of life at MeadowView Terrace.

Physical, occupational and speech therapy are available on-site, and our professionally trained nurses and certified nursing assistants are there for our residents twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Using the “wellness” approach to health care, we focus on the strengths and abilities of our residents and work as a team to help them remain as healthy and independent as possible.

We believe that our residents deserve full recognition of their independence and individuality.

The quality of each resident’s life is important to us and developing a sense of community and family as well as sharing with and caring about each other, helps us create a gracious living environment.
